This is a full-time plus, 3 or more years experience required, commission-only position

Compensation: $200,000 at plan yearly

• Daily time blocking and effective time management
• Daily written gratitude journal and 25 affirmations
• Daily handwritten personal notes
• Willing and able to prospect daily building your sphere of influence
• Commitment to excellence in all aspects of marketing, branding, and procedure

• Must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales, closing at least 10 real estate escrows
• Should be self-motivated and capable of efficiently working independently
• Proficiency in using Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies is required
• Must prioritize providing the best client experience with a customer-advocate mindset
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential
• Enthusiastic about daily discipline, accountability, role-playing, scripting, and time management
• Strong oral and written communication skills are a must
• Exceptional phone skills with the ability to effectively set and close appointments over the phone
• Quick thinker and adept problem-solver
