You will learn how experienced luxury real estate professionals serve high-end clients, market distinctive properties, conduct professional consultations, and deliver an exceptional client experience from the initial conversation through closing. As you gain real-world exposure, you will continue building confidence, strengthen your communication skills, and expand your understanding of the luxury market.


Working alongside experienced real estate professionals and leadership, you will learn proven strategies for lead generation, relationship building, follow-up, negotiations, and transaction management. Coaching, accountability, and structured support help create consistency while allowing you to continue developing your business with confidence.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
  • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
  • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
  • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
  • Prospect for new leads to promote new business

Qualifications

  • Real estate license required in order to work with clients
  • Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
  • Great communication and social skills
  • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
  • A successful and proven sales history is preferred
  • Tech savvy

Compensation

$160,000 - $160,000/year
