What You’ll Do

As a Real Estate Sales Agent, you’ll work with qualified buyers and sellers, convert opportunities into closings, and deliver an exceptional client experience.

• Guide buyers and sellers from consultation to closing

• Build client relationships and deliver outstanding service

• Manage appointments, leads, and follow-ups in our CRM

• Partner with the Inside Sales Team to convert qualified leads

• Conduct property showings and market listings

• Present and negotiate offers and contracts

• Stay informed on local real estate market trends

• Active Virginia Real Estate License required

• Motivated to increase production and earning potential

• Confident meeting clients and building genuine relationships
