• An active Illinois real estate broker license or eligibility to become properly sponsored by the brokerage, as applicable.

• Located in Orland Park or within a reasonable commuting distance.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to take action.

• A desire to build a long-term career and business in real estate.

• Previous sales, customer service, or real estate experience is preferred but not required.
