In this highly consultative role, you will focus on generating buyer and seller leads, doing listings and showings, providing comprehensive client support, and conducting strategic market analysis.

Position Overview & Compensation

As an independent agent with Dix Road Real Estate Services, you will have the flexibility to run your own career while benefiting from our established property management portfolio and company-generated opportunities. We offer a highly competitive and straightforward commission-based compensation structure designed to reward your hard work:

• Company-Provided Listings: 60/40 commission split.

• Agent-Generated Leads: 50/50 commission split.

• Projects: As agreed

As a Real Estate Agent with our team, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients. Your day-to-day duties will primarily include:

• Client Communication & Triage: Manage multi-channel communications across email, phone, and messaging with high responsiveness, ensuring timely follow-up and white-glove client support.

• Lead Qualification & Conversion: Engage inbound prospective clients, conduct needs assessments, and present brokerage value propositions to convert leads into active representation agreements.

• Valuation & Listing Strategy: Conduct rigorous Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) and develop strategic listing presentations for executive-assigned and brokerage-generated client opportunities.

• Portfolio & Annual Market Reviews: Deliver recurring annual property valuations and equity updates for designated client assets to support ongoing advisory relationships and long-term retention.

• Property Tax & Assessment Support: Review municipal tax assessments, analyze comparable valuation data, and assist clients through county-level property tax re-evaluations and assessment appeals.

• Possess an active real estate license or be currently in the process of obtaining one.

• Demonstrate an analytical mindset for interpreting market data.

• Have a passion for delivering high-end customer service.

• Be comfortable managing their own schedule as an independent agent while meeting high standards of professional communication and strategy.
