Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a seamless buying or selling experience.
- Leverage our proven lead generation systems to identify and engage potential buyers and sellers.
- Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings and attract interested clients.
- Negotiate offers and contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for clients.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies for listings.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage client interactions and track progress throughout the sales process.
- Stay informed about market trends and property values to provide clients with accurate insights and advice.
Qualifications
- Active Texas Real Estate License or currently enrolled in licensing courses
- Strong communication and people skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with strong work ethic
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple clients
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience is helpful but not required
- Coachable and willing to learn proven systems
Compensation
$100,000 - $150,000/year
