We’re looking for someone who is already licensed or actively working toward it, communicates confidently, stays organized, and thrives in a collaborative environment. Whether you’re newer to the business or already producing and ready to scale, this team provides a clear path forward.
First-year earning potential when goals are met: $175,000+

Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Guide buyers and sellers through the real estate transaction process with confidence and clarity.
- Leverage provided leads to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Conduct market analysis to offer clients informed advice on property values and trends.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for success.
- Utilize marketing support to effectively promote listings and attract potential buyers.
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge base.
Qualifications
- Experience in real estate sales or a related field, with a proven ability to close deals and build client relationships.
- Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with clients, team members, and industry professionals.
- Proven track record of managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in using lead generation systems to consistently connect with new prospects and expand a client base.
- Ability to negotiate offers and contracts, ensuring favorable terms for clients while maintaining professional relationships.
- Knowledge of local market trends and property values to provide clients with accurate and timely advice.
- Experience in conducting property showings and open houses to showcase listings and attract prospective clients is a plus, but not required.
Compensation
$125,500 - $225,000/year
