  Who We Are Looking For:

  • Experienced Agents: Are you an experienced agent who is frustrated by market shifts, unpredictable lead flow, and spending half your week doing paperwork instead of closing deals? • Conduct client consultations to determine property criteria and overall goals.

• Deliver an incredible client experience while leveraging our in-house administrative team to execute back-office paperwork.

• Active Michigan Real Estate License (or currently enrolled in pre-licensing courses).

• Strong work ethic, high energy, and a commitment to daily accountability.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Comfortable navigating (or eager to learn) modern technology tools.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
