What You’ll Do

• Meet with homebuyers and understand their goals
• Show properties and guide buyers through the purchase process
• Prepare and negotiate offers and contracts
• Manage clients from consultation through closing
• Follow up with leads and appointments using CRM and sales systems
• Manage your pipeline, calendar, and follow-up
• Deliver excellent service that drives referrals and repeat business

Who We’re Looking For

• Active Georgia Real Estate License
• Full-time commitment to real estate
• Strong communication and people skills
• Positive, coachable, and eager to learn
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven
• Comfortable with CRM and real estate technology
• Organized, dependable, and accountable
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required
