Compensation: $100,000+ Annual Earning Potential. This is a commission-based opportunity with a competitive, performance-driven compensation structure. Majors Realty Group offers tiered commission opportunities, company-generated leads, professional resources, and support designed to help agents grow their production and income. Your actual earnings will depend on your sales production, commission structure, and individual performance. There is no guaranteed salary. Your success is driven by your commitment, consistency, and results.

As a Real Estate Sales Agent with Majors Realty Group, you will:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and members of the community.

• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and consistent lead follow-up.

• Respond promptly and professionally to company-generated leads and client inquiries.

• Conduct buyer consultations, property showings, listing appointments, and market analyses.

• Guide clients confidently through the buying and selling process, from initial consultation through closing.

• Develop strong knowledge of the Interior Alaska real estate market, including Fairbanks, North Pole, and surrounding communities.

• Maintain accurate client records and consistently manage your sales pipeline using company technology and CRM systems.

• Participate in team meetings, sales training, coaching, and professional development opportunities.

• Establish and work toward measurable business goals, including prospecting activities, appointments, contracts, and closed transactions.

• Represent Majors Realty Group with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to exceptional client service.

Additional Requirements:

• Active Alaska real estate license or willingness and ability to obtain one before performing licensed activities.

• Previous sales, customer service, or real estate experience is preferred but not required.
