What You’ll Do

• Meet with qualified buyers and sellers to understand their needs and goals
• Conduct buyer consultations, property showings, and listing appointments
• Prepare and negotiate offers, listing agreements, and contracts
• Guide clients through the buying or selling process from consultation to closing
• Manage leads and follow-ups using our CRM and sales systems
• Coordinate with lenders and other transaction partners
• Deliver exceptional customer service to build referrals and repeat business
• Participate in sales training and coaching

• Active Virginia Real Estate License – Required

• Located in or able to serve the Hampton Roads, VA market
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, responsive, and customer-focused
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
• Coachable and willing to follow proven systems
• Comfortable working with CRM and real estate technology
• Ability to manage multiple clients, appointments, and transactions
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Full-time commitment to real estate
• Previous sales or real estate experience is a plus, but not required
