What You’ll Do

As a Licensed Real Estate Sales Agent, you will:

• Meet with qualified buyers and sellers to understand their real estate goals

• Conduct buyer consultations and listing appointments

• Provide market insights, CMAs, and pricing recommendations

• Present and negotiate offers, contracts, and purchase agreements

• Manage client relationships from consultation through closing

• Use CRM technology to manage leads, follow-up, and communications

• Follow proven sales systems and processes to increase conversions

• Deliver exceptional service that drives referrals and repeat business

What We’re Looking For

• Active Virginia Real Estate License (required)

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed

• Professional, confident, and client-focused

• Real estate sales experience preferred, but not required
