• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and effective marketing strategies.

• Guide buyers and sellers through every stage of the real estate transaction, from the initial consultation to closing.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral partners, and other real estate professionals.

• Prepare and manage essential transaction documents, including buyer representation agreements, listing agreements, purchase contracts, and related closing paperwork.

• Negotiate offers and contract terms to help clients achieve their real estate goals.

• Stay informed about East Valley real estate market trends, property values, industry developments, and applicable regulations.

• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the transaction process.

• Collaborate with fellow agents and team leadership to share knowledge, support business growth, and achieve individual and team goals.

• Manage leads, follow up with prospective clients, and maintain an organized pipeline of business opportunities.

• Active Arizona real estate license in good standing.

• Strong motivation to build and maintain a successful real estate business.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of the East Valley real estate market or a willingness to develop local market expertise.

• Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.

• Comfortable using technology, digital marketing tools, and real estate software.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is a plus.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for property showings, client meetings, and other real estate activities.
