We're not a national franchise that treats agents like account numbers. Broker/Owner Duane Murphy personally knows every agent on the roster, and that's intentional.

Our full time agents that follow the system and utilize the training routinely make $80,000- $200,000. Our top agents exceed $250,000 per year.

We're hiring both newly licensed agents and experienced agents who are tired of being a number at their current brokerage.

• You're coachable. The agents who win here are the ones who follow the system instead of reinventing it in month one.
• You can work full-time and have flexibility in your schedule (real estate doesn't fit a 9-to-5)
