Responsibilities

As a Remote Real Estate Acquisition Specialist, you'll be responsible for guiding motivated homeowners through the sales process and helping them find the best solution for their situation.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Conduct virtual sales appointments with homeowners who have requested information.
  • Build trust and uncover the homeowner's motivation for selling.
  • Negotiate and secure signed purchase agreements.
  • Consistently follow up with active prospects.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate CRM notes.
  • Manage your sales pipeline with urgency and discipline.
  • Collaborate with underwriting, dispositions, and operations teams.
  • Hit or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.
  • Participate in sales training, coaching, and role-play sessions.
  • Continuously improve your sales skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications (Required)

  • Minimum 2 years of high-performance sales experience.
  • Proven success in one or more of the following:
  • Residential Real Estate Acquisitions
  • Real Estate Investing or Wholesaling
  • Door-to-Door Sales (Solar, Roofing, Pest Control, Windows, Alarms, etc.)
  • Mortgage Sales
  • High-Ticket Sales ($5,000+ average transaction value)
  • Comfortable working in a 100% commission-only environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong objection handling and negotiation abilities.
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up habits.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Reliable high-speed internet and professional home office setup.
  • Available to work U.S. business hours.


Preferred Qualifications

While not required, these will give you an advantage:

  • Experience using CRMs (GoHighLevel, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Experience selling remotely via phone and Zoom.
  • Familiarity with NEPQ or consultative sales methodologies.
  • Experience working with inbound marketing leads.
  • Experience negotiating six-figure transactions.
  • Previous experience in residential real estate investing.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup or high-growth company.
