• Communicate with prospective clients by phone, text, email, and other forms of communication

• Follow up consistently with new and existing leads to convert opportunities into appointments and clients

• Build relationships with buyers and sellers and understand their real estate goals

• Prospect for new business and expand your client pipeline

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the team's CRM

• Negotiate effectively and confidently guide clients through the sales process

• Track individual performance goals and key sales metrics

• Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and team development

• Provide an exceptional client experience from initial conversation through closing

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Excellent follow-up and ability to convert opportunities into business

• Motivated by goals, performance, and earning potential

• Strong time-management and organizational skills

• Comfortable prospecting and speaking with new people

• Coachable and willing to learn proven sales systems

• Comfortable learning and using new technology

• Previous sales experience is an asset

• Real estate experience is not required

• Must be willing and able to obtain a real estate license
