In this fast-paced in-office position, you will be managing incoming calls from buyers and buyer agents interested in our listings and supporting our REO manager with the weekly tasks and offers for our REO foreclosure properties in portals such as Res.net, Pyramid, and Equator. Additionally, we are a Team of 6 agents serving Sellers and Buyers.

You will be assisting our team with our Listings and making sure all paperwork is in SkySlope, preparing contracts and amendments, and assisting with closings.

You will be the "Hub" to support our team leader, Teresa Ryan, the REO Manager, Tommy Schrey, and our Team agents.

• Support for Teresa Ryan, the REO Manager, Tommy Schrey, and Team Agents

• REO Transaction Coordinator - manage offers, amendments, contracts

• Upload weekly inspections/notes to portals, get repair bids, and upload them into clients' portals

• Must be experienced in preparing Broker Price Opinions (BPOs) and MMRs

• Manage all tasking and dates for real estate transactions

• Follow up with Buyer's agents and Lender on status of buyer

• Follow up on phone calls and administrative tasks for closings

• Manage Transaction documentation in SkySlope and DigiSign

• Prepare commission statements and send to Title Company/attorney

• Track agent/team closings in Excel

• Illinois Real Estate License (min. 2 years)

• Previous Real Estate Administrator experience (min. 2 yrs)

• Foreclosure administrative experience required.

• Skilled with Contract and Amendment processes/timelines

• Must enjoy a "fast-paced" environment/ability to multitask

• Great computer/technical skills

• Experience with SkySlope, Pyramid, Equator, and Res.Net

• Detailed, accurate, and organized

• Great written and phone communication skills

• Marketing and social media skills - helpful
