Recruiting Partner — Leads Provided


Most recruiting roles hand you a phone and a cold list. This one hands you a machine.


The Carol Royse Team — a third-generation, award-winning real estate operation under Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty — is looking for one relationship-driven Recruiting Partner to join agents in our brokerage. Our lead generation runs across email, LinkedIn, social, and paid ads, so you're never prospecting cold. Your job is the human part: follow up with warm leads, run 1-on-1 Zoom conversations, and help great agents say yes.


This is not a traditional job. You set your own hours, work from home or our office, and run it like the business it is. We handle onboarding and training the agents once they sign — you build the relationships, we take care of the rest.


What you'll do

  • Follow up with inbound leads from our marketing systems
  • Run roughly 10 conversations a day by phone or Zoom
  • Guide qualified agents through signing on with our brokerage
  • Track your own numbers against simple daily KPIs
  • Show up for daily training to sharpen your craft


How you earn

This is a compounding, revenue-share model — every agent you recruit keeps paying you as they produce.

  • $200 sign-on bonus for every agent who joins
  • Ongoing revenue share: you earn one-third of each agent's cap contribution, up to $5,000 per agent, per year


Here's the math on one deal: an agent closes a $500,000 home at 4% commission. The brokerage's cap share on that closing flows through, and your third comes to $1,333.33 — and that keeps accruing on every deal that agent closes, up to your $5,000/agent annual ceiling. Recruit consistently, and those ceilings stack.


Consistent partners typically reach around $10,000/month by month six. From there, it compounds — the more agents producing under you, the higher your ceiling climbs. (Earnings depend on your consistency and results; this isn't a salary or a guarantee.)

Responsibilities

  • Follow up with inbound leads through our CRM and marketing systems
  • Call and invite prospects to webinars, events, and Zoom meetings
  • Conduct 1-on-1 Zoom meetings with prospects and guide them to sign on
  • Manage and follow up with 50–100 prospects at any given time
  • Train on and use YHSGR systems and playbooks
  • Attend weekly Thursday team trainings
  • Track your own numbers against simple daily KPIs

Qualifications

  • Great people skills and the ability to build trust quickly
  • Self-directed; comfortable running your own schedule and pipeline
  • Strong follow-up discipline and consistency
  • Sales, inside-sales, or recruiting background a plus (not required)
  • Real estate experience a bonus, not a requirement
  • Reliable laptop/computer and internet connection
  • Willingness to learn and grow within our systems

$75,000/year
