KW Steel City is looking for a driven Recruiter to connect with real estate agents and help grow our organization.

This is a hands-on, outbound sales role. You’ll spend your day reaching out to real estate agents, building relationships, handling objections, following up, and setting recruiting appointments for the leadership team.

Compensation

• $80,000+ expected annual earnings

• $40,000–$45,000 base salary

• Performance-based commission and bonuses

• Build and manage a strong recruiting pipeline

• Handle objections and keep conversations moving forward

• Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow-up tasks

• Track activity, appointments, and results

• Participate in team meetings, roleplays, and sales training

• Represent KW Steel City professionally

• Sales experience strongly preferred

• Inside sales, recruiting, business development, or appointment-setting experience is a plus

• Real estate experience is helpful but not required

• Experience in a performance-driven environment is preferred
