Lead the daily operations of an established residential property management portfolio of approximately 200 units. Responsibilities include owner and resident communication, leasing, inspections, lease preparation, move-ins/move-outs, maintenance oversight, and coordination of administrative staff.

The ideal candidate will have experience in residential property management, be highly organized, proactive, comfortable with property management software, and able to manage competing deadlines with minimal supervision. Responsibilities

Contract with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting and refunding security deposits to facilitate smooth move-in and move-out processes
Collects rent, pays bills, schedules and keeps track of expenditures to help ensure financial goals
Monitor all new prospects and incorporate findings into marketing campaigns to help increase company growth
Coordinate repairs and renovations for tenants in a timely manner and to their satisfaction
Oversees all on-site operations and maintains vendor relationships to make certain all aspects of the property are running smoothly

Qualifications

Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Past sales experience is preferred
Enjoys meeting people and takes pride in providing excellent customer service

Compensation

$20 - $23 hourly
