This is a salary-plus-commission position. $35,000 base salary plus commissions and bonuses — our agents earn $70,000 to $110,000 in their first year.

We're not looking for someone who wants to build their own business from scratch. We're looking for a licensed real estate professional who wants to step into an already-built machine and help us scale it.

Clients already trust the brand before they ever meet you. We're the "Mayor of Orlando" team, with 80,000+ YouTube subscribers across two channels. Clients come to us. Your job is to own the relationship from there and deliver an experience that keeps that trust.

You won't build systems from scratch. You'll run proven ones, supported by the Client Care Manager, transaction coordination, AI-powered follow-up systems, and a full marketing and video team.

This isn't a typical agent role. Think account executive who owns the client relationship.

• Own clients' relationships from first conversation to closing and beyond

• Contact every new lead in 15 minutes or less and follow up until they convert

• Run listing presentations, negotiate, and close, with Jared as backup on complex deals

• Take sellers over after Jared's initial strategy call and carry them through to close

• Conduct showings, coordinate inspections, and manage appraisals

• Keep clients informed and confident throughout the transaction

• Keep every client and lead current in our CRM (Follow Up Boss)

• Meet clear performance standards for response time, follow-up, and conversion, and take part in weekly team training

What you WON'T do:

• Cold calling

• Transaction coordination or paperwork (our TC handles it)

• Listing data entry

• Marketing or social media (our marketing team handles it)

• Active Florida Real Estate License (required) and actively working. This is not a role for newly licensed agents.

• Minimum of 2 years of transaction experience (buyer or seller side)

• 20+ deals closed in your career as an agent

• Fast, clear communicator who returns calls and texts quickly

• Confident with sellers: comfortable presenting, handling objections, and asking for the business

• Detail-oriented and tech-comfortable (CRM, DocuSign, MLS)

• Coachable and team-first
