The Ethridge Team is looking for a Production Partner to work directly alongside Team Lead Erin Ethridge. This is not a salaried or administrative position. This is a commission-based opportunity for someone who wants to actively produce business, manage clients, and become a true partner in the day-to-day production of a growing real estate team.

Compensation

• Commission-based with significant earning potential.

• 20% when you take full ownership of the client and transaction, and Erin has nothing to do with the transaction

• 10% when Erin remains the primary client contact, and you support the transaction

• 10% on listings

• 50/50 on your self-generated transactions

• $150,000+ potential annual earnings based on production and contribution
  

This role is for someone who wants to build, produce, and earn, not simply receive leads and complete tasks.

What You'll Do

• Own and manage buyer transactions from introduction through closing

• Manage client communication, showings, offers, negotiations, and transaction details

• Support and execute listing preparation and marketing

• Prospect and generate new business from our database, past clients, sphere, and other opportunities

• Manage and actively work in CRM

• Create real estate video content and social media marketing

• Host open houses and attend client-facing events

• Maintain exceptional client communication and follow-up

• Help generate referrals, repeat business, and new opportunities

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

• An active Arizona real estate agent

• Experienced and confident with clients and transactions

• Highly organized and proactive

• Comfortable prospecting and generating business

• Comfortable on camera and creating social media content

• Tech-savvy and experienced with CRM systems

• A strong communicator who takes ownership

• Motivated by production and income growth

• Someone who doesn't need to be constantly reminded what needs to be done
