We’re looking for an exceptional Full-Time Real Estate Production Partner to serve as the right hand to Bic DeCaro, founder & team leader of Bic DeCaro & Associates.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As our Production Partner, you’ll work closely with Bic to help manage & execute the day-to-day activities of a busy real estate business.

You’ll be involved in nearly every aspect of the client journey, from initial consultations & property tours to listing preparation, market research, negotiations, inspections & closing.

You’ll serve as a trusted extension of Bic, ensuring clients receive the same level of attention, professionalism & care that has helped build our reputation over the past two decades.

You’ll also collaborate with our established administrative team, allowing you to focus on high-value, client-facing activities while ensuring every detail is handled.

Our goal is to find someone who can take things off Bic’s plate, not simply add another person to manage.

Client Relationships & Buyer Support

• Attend buyer & seller appointments alongside Bic or independently as appropriate.

• Conduct property showings, buyer tours, open houses & final walkthroughs.

• Build strong relationships with clients & deliver an exceptional experience.

• Provide timely, proactive updates & ensure clients always feel informed & supported.

Listing Management & Preparation

• Coordinate & oversee listing preparation, including staging, photography, repairs & vendor scheduling.

• Conduct property visits to ensure homes are market-ready.

• Assist with listing appointments, property research & marketing preparation.

• Identify potential issues early & proactively develop solutions.

Market Research & Transaction Support

• Prepare comparative market analyses (CMAs), pricing research & property evaluations.

• Research neighborhoods, inventory, market trends & competing listings.

• Assist with offer preparation, contract details & negotiation strategy under Bic’s direction.

• Coordinate inspections, appraisals, walkthroughs & other important transaction milestones.

Project Management & Business Operations

• Manage multiple listings, buyers & projects simultaneously.

• Track deadlines, appointments, follow-ups & outstanding tasks.

• Coordinate with our administrative team to ensure seamless execution.

• Anticipate needs, identify opportunities for improvement & help streamline processes.

• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities from start to finish.

• Active Virginia real estate license required.

• Prior real estate experience strongly preferred.

• Excellent organizational, communication & interpersonal skills.

• Strong understanding of the Northern Virginia real estate market or willingness to learn quickly.

• Proficiency with technology, CRM platforms & digital tools.

• Reliable transportation & ability to travel throughout Northern Virginia.

• Full-time availability, including flexibility for occasional evening & weekend appointments.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the team.
