What You'll Do

• Meet with qualified buyers and sellers, understand their needs, and guide them through closing

• Follow up consistently using proven sales systems to build and manage your pipeline

• Deliver exceptional 5-star client service that drives referrals and repeat business

• Manage clients, appointments, and daily activities using our CRM and technology

• Participate in Academy Sales Training, coaching, and weekly sales meetings

Who We're Looking For

• Active Real Estate License required

• Available to work full-time and committed to building a real estate career

• Tech-savvy, coachable, and motivated to grow

• Strong communicator with a positive, professional attitude

• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and ready to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment

• Previous sales or real estate experience is a plus, but not required
