Real Estate Outside Sales - Appointment Setter
Join our team as a Real Estate Sales Rep. You’ll talk with homeowners in distressed situations and people interested in selling their property. Starting off, you will be setting appointments for other reps on our sales team. This is a full‑time role with base pay plus commission and strong six‑figure earning potential.

- A problem solver who pinpoints the needs of our clients and offers them solutions to promote a high level of comfort and trust with our client base
- Practice and become adept at using scripts to overcome objections and provide the team value proposition to customers so that they can identify our company’s values and integrity
- Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) in order to meet the needs of our customers
- Create and maintain a database of clients to ensure organization and follow-up
- Act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate sales to ensure a mutually beneficial close
- Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken
- You are a natural organizer, everything in its place and your time management skills are spot on
- Driven to succeed in sales and in life
- Has strong listening skills and is able to uncover potential sales opportunities

Compensation
$75,000 - $100,000 yearly
