What You’ll Do

As a Real Estate Sales Agent, you’ll work with motivated buyers and sellers and turn appointments into closed transactions.

• Meet with buyers and sellers
• Convert scheduled appointments into closings
• Follow up using our CRM and sales systems
• Build relationships and earn referrals
• Host open houses and connect with prospects
• Manage your pipeline and appointments
• Attend training, coaching, and team meetings

What We’re Looking For

• Active Real Estate License required
• Full-time commitment to real estate
• Strong communication and people skills
• Organized, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented

• Sales or real estate experience is a plus, but not required
