Experienced bookkeeper needed to manage financials, commission reconciliations, and payroll for a busy real estate office — strong autonomy and the chance to improve processes. Full-Time (Mon-Fri), In-Office position.

What you’ll do:

• Enter financial transactions, manage A/P and A/R, payroll, and reconciliations
• Prepare financial reports, assist with forecasting, and budgets
• Reconcile real estate commissions and support tax reporting

What success looks like at 6 months:

• Accurate, timely month-end close, streamlined commission processes

What you bring (must-haves):

• 3–5+ years bookkeeping/accounting experience
• Proficient with QuickBooks and Excel; strong tech skills
• High professionalism and attention to detail

Nice-to-haves:

• Real estate commission reconciliation experience
