You’ll create high-quality photography and video that helps our listings stand out, strengthens our social media presence, and connects potential buyers with the homes we represent.

We're looking for someone who is:

• Capture high-quality photos and videos of residential properties.

• Create engaging property tours, social media videos, and digital content.

• Edit photos and videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, Canva, or similar platforms.

• Collaborate with agents and team members to understand content needs.

What success looks like at 6 months:

• Our listings capture attention online.

• Our social media presence continues to grow.

• Your creativity helps generate engagement, build trust, and support business growth.

What you bring (must-haves):

• Strong organizational and communication skills; valid Texas driver’s license
• Portfolio of photography/video work
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.

Nice-to-haves:

• Drone experience, experience with Lightroom/Premiere/Final Cut
