BHHS Carolinas is seeking a dynamic leader to join our Charlotte team of industry-leading professionals. The managing broker will be responsible for coaching and mentoring brokerage sales professionals and attracting top talent to grow the team. The managing broker will also partner with the company’s mortgage and insurance professionals to promote a complete home services experience.

This position offers a competitive base salary commensurate with experience. Bonuses are paid based on the performance of the employee and the business. • Take an active role in coaching and mentoring sales associates to achieve their career goals.
• Identify sales associates who would be a great fit for the organization and attract them to the company.
• Lead office staff and oversee daily brokerage office operations.
• Partner with in-house mortgage and title insurance consultants to provide a full-service experience to clients.
• Stay up to date on the market, trends, skills, technology, and related sales skills.
• Lead consistent sales meetings and bring valuable content to sales associates.
• Actively participate in community activities, industry-related boards, and professional associations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Active North Carolina Real Estate License.
• Active South Carolina Real Estate License (or ability and willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe).
• 5+ years of real estate experience.
• Extensive experience in handling real estate transactions; knowledge of legal obligations of Realtors under state and federal laws, Department of Commerce Rules & Regulations, Department of Housing and Urban Development, and the National Association of Realtors Code of Ethics.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
