Listing Agent Opportunity

The Shannon Andersen Group is looking for a Listing Agent who knows how to create business, ask for the appointment, and serve clients at a high level.

We are not looking for someone who waits for opportunity.

We are looking for someone who is confident, coachable, market-aware, and willing to do the daily work required to win listings.

Responsibilities

  • Research the surrounding real estate market to determine the best listing price for the seller
  • Manage all aspects of MLS listings, including filling out listing paperwork, posting to MLS, posting to social media, and producing a marketing plan that leads to quick sales
  • Respond to all leads and potential homebuyers in a timely fashion to build a strong client base
  • Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly
  • Prospect pre-qualified leads generated by sales agents to convert them into new business and schedule listing appointments

Qualifications

  • Shows in-depth knowledge of real estate industry and can accurately conduct market research
  • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
  • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently
  • Currently licensed in real estate
  • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself

Compensation

$100,000/year
