We are searching for a listing coordinator who has a genuine desire to help others, takes pride in their quality of work, and also has the ability to multi-task and solve problems. Your job will be to manage the listing process from start to finish, including arranging all listing information on the MLS database, completing contracts with sellers, posting and maintaining MLS listings, scheduling property inspections and open houses, and tracking sales activity in our database to properly showcase results. This position is remote in the Philippines.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all listing information such as property photos, pre-listing presentations, and MLS market research for comparable properties
- Allow real estate agents to sell more homes by managing listings for sellers, from initial contact to executed purchase agreement
- Follow up with sellers to complete listing agreements, disclosures, and any other required paperwork needed to send to the office broker for file compliance
- Sell homes quickly by maintaining the listings on social media and in MLS to provide excellent customer satisfaction
- Set up showings and open houses in order to receive critical feedback that can improve the showing process
- Give vendors and contractors access to homes that are in need of inspection or repair so each property is prepared to sell
- Present progress reports to the real estate team that include all sales activity in the client database and how the data relates to company goals
Qualifications
- Experience in real estate transaction coordination or listing support preferred
- Familiarity with MLS platforms, Skyslope, Disclosures.io, and Highnote.io
- Strong written communication skills — you'll be emailing agents, sellers, and vendors regularly
- Ability to manage multiple active listings simultaneously without dropping details
- Comfortable working with tools like Google Drive, Canva, or similar for flyers/social assets
- Highly organized with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A positive, proactive attitude — you anticipate what's needed before being asked
- Previous real estate, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages experience is highly valued
- Driven to create an excellent customer service experience for each client
- Able to convey information well in both a written and verbal format
- Able to use Excel to display data clearly, as well as use basic computer programs
- Must have a high school diploma or GED, some college experience is a bonus
Compensation
$6 - $8/hour
