What You’ll Do

• Meet with buyers and sellers to understand their needs

• Conduct consultations, showings, and listing appointments

• Prepare CMAs, pricing strategies, and offers

• Negotiate contracts and guide clients through closing

• Manage leads and follow-up using CRM

• Follow proven sales and lead-conversion systems

• Build relationships that generate referrals and repeat business

• Deliver an exceptional client experience

Who We’re Looking For

• Active South Carolina Real Estate License required

• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven

• Coachable, accountable, and growth-minded

• Strong time management and follow-through

• Positive, proactive, and solutions-focused

• Sales experience and a proven track record preferred
