We are seeking a highly organized, self-starter to work on our small Real Estate team as a full-time listing manager. This professional will be responsible for managing all prep work (photos, painting, clean outs, etc). and marketing materials (creating property fliers, social media marketing, etc). for between 35 and 50 real estate listings annually. You must be comfortable working on a small team in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to manage your own schedule. About half the position is in the office, and the remaining time is in the field, meeting with clients and vendors.
Responsibilities
- Manage all listing prep (from cleanouts and painting to staging and photography)
- Provide weekly status updates to clients
- Manage relationships with vendors and track invoices, payments, and reimbursements for each listing using monday.com
- Briefly review daily on the status of listings in prep
- Create and manage social media posts and ad spend
- Create marketing fliers and postcards
- Enter listings into the multiple listing service (MLS) for agent review
- Fill in as needed with other office duties (we are a small team)
- Some light physical work (occasionally installing a sign or moving staging items, under 20lbs)
- Follow up after showings to gather and prepare feedback for clients
Qualifications
- Strong people skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Must have a driver's license and a reliable vehicle
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent; some college experience is a plus
- Proficient typing skills
- Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Must be able to work occasional weekends and attend evening events (one weekend per month max)
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced team
- A Real Estate license is desirable
- Proficiency with Monday.com or a CRM, or willingness to learn
- Spanish language skills are desirable
Compensation
$25 - $25/hour
