We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to grow a successful listing business within the luxury market while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is designed for an agent who wants to generate more seller opportunities, improve listing presentations, and develop the skills needed to confidently work with homeowners.

You will learn how to create listing opportunities through prospecting, database follow-up, relationship building, and consistent homeowner conversations. Gain hands-on experience preparing pricing strategies, conducting seller consultations, positioning properties for the market, and communicating value throughout the listing process.

Through coaching, proven systems, and real-world experience, you will strengthen your negotiation, marketing, follow-up, and client communication skills. The focus is on developing productive daily habits that create more appointments, stronger relationships, and a consistent pipeline of potential listings.

You will work alongside experienced real estate professionals in an environment centered on accountability, education, collaboration, and continued growth. As your skills develop, you will be positioned to earn more listings, create repeat and referral opportunities, and build a long-term luxury real estate business.

Responsibilities

Lead follow-up
Database campaigns
Set listing appointments
Execute appointments
Close listings
Leverage listings
Sales scripts mastery

Achieve the best deal possible for the seller by conducting extensive market analysis to determine the listing price
Respond to all leads and potential homebuyers in a timely fashion to build a strong client base
Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing
Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
Provide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes key selling points and the suggested asking price

Qualifications

Real estate license required
Commission opportunity
Sales experience

Ability to use real estate CRM to keep client data safe and orderly
Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself
Completes tasks quickly and efficiently

Compensation

$140,000 at plan commissions
