• Drive sales and maximize profit by identifying qualified end buyers, aggressively marketing each property, and negotiating favorable terms. Generate 20+ confirmed buyers per walkthrough and confidently communicate each deal’s numbers, value, and profit potential to secure the strongest buyer quickly.

• Continuously grow and manage our buyer network by adding qualified investors through calls, texts, emails, meetups, and other outreach. Build and nurture strong relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.

• Market Intelligence: Maintain a strong pulse on buyer and market trends, including the percentage of ARV buyers are purchasing at by area, shifts in demand, and changes in construction costs. Effectively communicate market insights to the team to improve pricing, acquisitions, and overall deal strategy.

• Analyze & Present Deals: Understand ARV, comps, rehab estimates, spreads, and market conditions well enough to confidently communicate each property's investment potential.

• Investor Events & Engagement: Spearhead quarterly buyer events and exclusive,

• intimate experiences for VIP investors. Drive event sales, marketing, attendance, and

• engagement to strengthen buyer relationships, grow our network, and generate more

• business.

• 2 or more years of experience in sales

• Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed

• Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and superior phone skills

• Preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent work
