You’ll market and sell our wholesale deals to a growing network of real estate investors, builders, and developers while creating urgency, negotiating strong terms, and building lasting buyer relationships.

Compensation: $35,000-$100,000+ a year (base salary + commission)

• Market and sell off-market properties to investors, builders, landlords, and developers.

• Build, maintain, and consistently engage a strong network of qualified cash buyers.

• Present deal details, coordinate property showings, and create urgency around available opportunities.

• Evaluate and negotiate offers to maximize profitability while maintaining strong buyer relationships.

• Verify buyer qualifications, proof of funds, deposits, and closing timelines.

• Collaborate with the acquisitions and transaction teams to ensure every deal moves smoothly from contract to closing.

• Confident communicator with strong phone, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.

• Understanding of property values, comparable sales, renovation costs, and investor returns.

• Highly organized and able to manage multiple properties, buyers, and deadlines simultaneously.

• Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
