We’re hiring a licensed home inspector to assess our clients’ properties! You’ll conduct building inspections, document any damages, and provide clients with a thorough inspection report. Responsibilities
- Assess the property to see if any damages exist or repairs are needed.
- Compile and organize inspection results into a report that will give all parties a clear understanding of any potential issues that were identified.
- Communicate all details of the home systems.
Qualifications
- Must carry proof of state license, where applicable, and ASHI certification
- Comfortable walking on roofs and climbing in confined spaces, such as attics or crawl spaces
- Must have solid customer service skills and communication abilities, verbally and in written form
- Attention to detail is critical in the role for both inspections and for reporting purposes
- Able to travel by car and possess a current U.S. driver’s license
Compensation
$100,000 potential
