Inside Sales Representative (Growth)

The Role

We’re hiring an Inside Sales Agent to be the first voice clients hear. You’ll work every new lead first, set qualified appointments for our agents, and stay on that client relationship from first call to closing.

We have tens of thousands of contacts in our CRM, hundreds of new leads every month, and inbound calls from radio, Google, and Zillow. You won’t be cold-calling strangers off a list. You’ll be calling people who raised their hand.

What You’ll Do

• Call, text, and follow up with new and existing leads on our dialer

• Qualify buyers and sellers and book appointments with our agents

• Revive older leads in our database that other teams would have given up on

• Keep the CRM updated the same day, every day

• Join daily roleplay and coaching to sharpen your skills

• Stay connected with clients after they’re handed to an agent
