We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to build a successful career in inside sales while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, having meaningful conversations, and creating opportunities through consistent communication and follow up.
You will work with buyer and seller inquiries through the Zillow Premier program while learning how to qualify leads, schedule appointments, uncover client needs, and build trust through professional communication. Working alongside experienced real estate professionals, you will strengthen your phone skills, improve lead conversion, and develop the habits that create a consistent pipeline of opportunities.
Through coaching, proven systems, and daily hands-on experience, you will gain exposure to lead management, objection handling, appointment setting, and client follow-up while building the foundation needed to transition into a successful listing-focused career. As your confidence and experience continue to grow, you will develop the skills to generate your own career, earn referrals, and build long-term success in real estate.

Responsibilities
- Lead follow up
- Lead generation

- Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals
- Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
- Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs
- Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele
- Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads
Qualifications
- Real estate license required in order to earn commissions and work with clients
- Must live in area
- Real estate license or pursuing required
- Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
- High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation
$140,000/year
