We’re searching for an Enthusiastic and Driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team and support our business growth.

You’ll need strong persuasion skills to turn customer prospects into qualified leads. Our ideal candidate is an excellent deal-maker who loves talking to people, supporting our outside sales agents, and is eager to connect us with new people.

The role is hybrid - remote and in-person!

• Work as a liaison to the sales agent, by setting up showings and in-home appointments, and ensuring the appointments take place
• Maintain the client database to ensure the sales team can access current information on all leads
• Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls, or other forms of communication
• Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline, so agents can provide an efficient sales process
• Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads

• A licensed real estate agent in Virginia is preferred
• Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills
• Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software
• Tenacious desire to succeed
