What you’ll do:

• Manage inbound/outbound leads; qualify buyers/sellers

• Set appointments and maintain CRM/lead database

• Follow up consistently via phone, email, and text

• Produce monthly/quarterly activity reports

• Full-time, on-site position

What success looks like at 6 months:

• Consistent appointment quotas met

• Conversion rates improving

• Predictable income

What you bring (must-haves):

• Active or pursuing a Texas real estate license

• 1+ years of sales/ISA experience preferred

• Strong communication and follow-up discipline

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with CRM systems

• Bilingual Spanish Speaker
