$15 per hour + Commission.

• You need hand-holding. We give you the scripts, and you make the calls.

• Numbers make you nervous. We track calls, conversations, and appointments every day.

The job

• Make 200+ calls a day to new leads, past clients, and our database

• Qualify buyers and sellers and book appointments for our agents

• Keep every lead moving in our CRM until they’re ready to meet

Still here? You need

• A Tennessee real estate license, or the drive to get one (we pay for school)

• A high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred)

• A strong phone voice and a valid driver’s license
