The Salas Team is looking for a motivated, people-focused Real Estate Inside Sales Agent (ISA) who knows that every great real estate relationship starts with a great conversation.

This is more than a phone-based role. You will be one of the first voices potential clients hear, helping them explore their real estate goals, answering their questions, and connecting them with the right agent when they are ready to take the next step. Your work will help create the opportunities that move our business forward.

Income potential: $60,000–$90,000 (base + commission; example: avg rep earns $85,000/year)

• Connect with prospective buyers and sellers through phone calls, texts, and emails.
• Qualify leads by identifying their real estate needs, timeline, and motivation.
• Schedule qualified appointments for our sales agents.
• Build rapport with clients through consistent follow-up and exceptional customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activity within the CRM.

• Active or pursuing a Texas real estate license.
• 1+ years of sales/ISA experience preferred.
• Strong communication and follow-up discipline.
