Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Real Estate Agent to join our growing team. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Minnetonka, MN, offering flexibility to work from home, in the field, and in the office while serving clients.
As a Real Estate Agent with us, you will guide buyers and sellers through the real estate process while delivering a premium, personalized client experience. You’ll be responsible for prospecting, managing client relationships, conducting showings, negotiating offers, and helping clients confidently navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying and selling residential properties
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and community outreach
- Conduct property showings, listing presentations, and market evaluations
- Guide clients through contracts, negotiations, inspections, and closing processes
- Stay informed on local market trends, inventory, pricing, and real estate regulations
- Coordinate with internal teams across construction, restoration, and remodeling to provide a seamless homeowner experience
- Manage and maintain accurate client records and transaction documentation
- Develop and execute neighborhood marketing and relationship-building strategies
- Deliver a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and communication throughout the client journey
Qualifications
Requirements
- Active Minnesota real estate license (or currently pursuing licensure)
- Strong communication and people skills
- High level of self-motivation and accountability
- Professionalism and positive attitude
- Ability to follow systems and processes
- Willingness to learn, receive coaching, and implement feedback
- Strong time management and organization

- Experience in generating leads and building relationships

Compensation
$75,000 - $150,000/year
