Exquisite Properties is looking for a motivated, coachable Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our San Antonio team.

At Exquisite Properties, we believe becoming a great real estate agent starts with learning how to communicate with clients, understand their needs, handle objections, follow up consistently, and confidently set appointments.

That is exactly what the ISA position is designed to teach you.

As an Inside Sales Agent, you'll be one of the first points of contact for potential clients interested in buying, selling, or investing in real estate.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Be present & in the office Monday through Friday from 8 a.m.- 4 p.m

• You will be responsible for the on-call phone throughout the month. If your schedule does not allow for night and weekend work activity (from home), this will not be the position for you! You will be getting calls back and incoming calls occasionally during these times (8 a.m.- 9 p.m.)

• You will be responsible for answering as backup even when you're not on call

• Calling, texting, and emailing new and existing leads. Minimum of 200 calls daily or 1000 weekly

• Responding quickly to inbound real estate inquiries

• Following up with buyers and sellers in our database

• Asking questions to understand motivation, timeline, location, and needs

• Scheduling qualified buyer and seller appointments for our agents

• Maintaining accurate notes and follow-up tasks in our CRM

• Re-engaging older leads and opportunities

• Nurturing clients who aren't ready to move yet

• Participating in sales training, coaching, roleplay, and call reviews

• Tracking daily activity and appointment goals

• Working closely with our agents to ensure a smooth handoff of appointments

• We are partners with Zillow Preferred, which means we meet certain metrics and continue to stay on top of the leaderboard. We pride ourselves on this partnership & are seeking an individual to flourish within this partnership

Real estate experience is not required. We're looking for someone who is:
