We are looking for a FAST, aggressive salesperson to help move deals quickly.

This is NOT an admin or data entry role. This is a SALES role.

This is NOT a fit if you:

• Prefer passive or admin-type work
• Don’t like following up or being persistent

This IS a fit if you:

• Like moving fast
• Enjoy sales and closing
• Are competitive and want to win

Bonus: Any experience with real estate investing (cash deals, wholesale, novation) is a plus.

This position is remote in the Philippines.

• Posting deals in Facebook groups (high volume)
• Responding to buyers immediately (speed matters)
• Moving conversations off Facebook to phone/text
• Following up daily with interested buyers
• Helping get deals sold as quickly as possible

• Sales, cold calling, or real estate experience preferred
• Must be highly responsive (reply within minutes, not hours)
• Comfortable being persistent and following up multiple times
• Strong written communication (clear, direct, confident)
• Must be able to work fast and handle multiple conversations at once
