Blushwood Realty Group is Hiring: Field Support Assistant (Licensed Realtor)

We’re looking for a hands-on, dependable, and positive Realtor to help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. If you're the type who loves checking things off a list, solving problems on the fly, and being the one others can count on, this might be the perfect fit.

You’ll get steady hours, flexible scheduling, and the ability to keep building your own real estate business (with your own broker — we don’t take a cut).

The Details:

  • $30/hour
  • Guaranteed 10 hours/week (usually 15–20)
  • Set your own real estate schedule — this is a support-only role
  • Immediate start available
Responsibilities

What You’ll Handle:

  • Installing/removing large for-sale signs across DFW (Keller to Frisco and beyond)
  • Swapping out listing riders (Coming Soon, Sold, etc.)
  • Placing 20–30 open house signs per event, often 2–3 open houses per weekend
  • Planning the best sign placement for visibility and traffic flow
  • Running brochures to listings, assembling door hangers
  • Checking on vacant homes
  • Occasionally showing homes when no one else is available


Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • Licensed Texas Realtor with Supra access
  • Consistently available, especially on weekends and on short notice
  • Physically strong, highly reliable, and organized
  • A self-starter who can make things happen without being micromanaged
  • Comfortable covering a large DFW area (we reimburse mileage)


Compensation
$30 hourly
