  • Property Readiness: Help ensure homes are clean, organized, presentable, and ready for scheduled appointments, professional photography, and showings.

  • Courier & Errand Services: Deliver and pick up items, supplies, keys, paperwork, signage, and other materials between properties, vendors, clients, and designated locations.

  • Home Preparation: Assist with preparing homes for the market, including arranging furniture and décor, setting up staging accessories, and completing finishing touches according to the staging plan.

  • General Business & Field Operations Support: Handle miscellaneous errands, supply runs, and other operational tasks as needed.

  • Communication & Follow-Through: Keep the team informed, provide timely updates, and ensure assignments are completed accurately and on schedule.

  • Additional Tasks: Help maintain staging inventory, report supplies that need replenishing, keep the staging storage area clean and organized, and pitch in wherever needed to keep projects moving forward and homes looking their best.

As a representative of Melissa Greer Inc., you will often work at clients' homes and interact with people on our behalf. We expect a professional demeanor, appropriate appearance, respectful conduct, and sound judgment at all times.

  • Is flexible and available to work evenings, weekends, and some daytime hours, depending on business needs.

  • Has a strong work ethic and is willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.

  • Is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.

  • Is a proactive self-starter with strong time-management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
