• Identify and qualify potential investors for available properties
• Develop targeted marketing strategies to promote company properties
• Design and maintain property marketing materials and templates
• Analyze buyer preferences, purchasing criteria, and investment activity
• Research and establish connections with hedge funds and acquisition teams
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with qualified buyers
• Identify turnkey investors and guide them through available investment opportunities
