As our Disposition Specialist, you'll be responsible for selling our wholesale properties to real estate investors, growing our cash buyer network, and maximizing profitability on every deal.

This is a sales-driven position. We're looking for someone who is proactive, confident on the phone, organized, and motivated by results.

You'll work directly with our acquisitions and transaction coordination teams to ensure properties are marketed effectively, buyers are qualified, and deals move smoothly from contract to closing.

• Market and sell wholesale investment properties to cash buyers throughout Central Florida.

• Build, maintain, and expand relationships with active real estate investors.

• Negotiate offers to maximize assignment fees and company profits.

• Manage property marketing through InvestorLift, Facebook investor groups, email campaigns, and our internal buyers list.

• Proactively call, text, and follow up with investors to generate offers.

• Coordinate property showings, walkthroughs, and buyer due diligence.

• Evaluate investor feedback and help determine competitive pricing.

• Work closely with our acquisitions team to ensure deals are priced appropriately.

• Maintain accurate buyer information, communications, and deal activity in our CRM.

• Coordinate with our transaction coordinator to keep deals moving toward closing.

• Consistently meet weekly and monthly sales targets.

• Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Experience in real estate wholesaling, dispositions, or investment property sales preferred.

• Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls and following up with buyers.

• Understanding of ARV, repair estimates, and investor purchase criteria.

• Ability to build relationships and maintain a strong network of investors.

• Highly organized, self-motivated, and accountable.

• Competitive mindset with a strong desire to earn commissions.

• Experience with InvestorLift, REsimpli, or similar platforms is a plus.
