We buy houses from homeowners facing foreclosure and other tough situations in markets across the U.S. Once a property is under contract, your job is to sell it to the right buyer and get it closed.

This is a remote, commission-only role for someone who wants to own the back end of a real estate business. We bring the deal flow, the buyer tools, a proven process, and weekly training. You bring the follow-through, the attention to detail, and the drive to get deals across the finish line.

• Sell our under-contract properties to cash buyers, landlords, and agents by phone, text, and email

• Build and grow our buyer list in every market we operate in

• Collect offers and lock in buyers

• Coordinate with the transaction coordination team to help move the deal along

• Track every deal and buyer in our CRM and hit daily activity and weekly sales targets

• Detail-obsessed: you catch the missing signature before it costs us a deal

• Direct and confident: you can tell a buyer or agent no and keep them on our terms

• A problem solver who doesn't call a deal dead at the first obstacle

• Comfortable with a commission-only role and paid on results

• Coachable and interested in real estate; sales or real estate experience is a plus, not required

• Strong phone and written communication; organized enough to manage many deals at once

• Real estate license is a bonus
