You will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies, maintaining price levels, and upholding our pricing principles. We need someone with a sharp attention to detail, exceptional sales and negotiation skills, strong organizational abilities, and excellent communication.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can efficiently handle multiple projects independently and lead a high-performing sales team. You must have a sales background and be skilled in managing the sales process to achieve optimal outcomes. Create and distribute daily marketing materials to our buyer database Promptly engage with interested parties and negotiate property sales Communicate with potential buyers via email, text, phone, and in-person interactions Conduct property viewings when necessary Play a vital role in marketing, negotiating, and selling properties within specified timelines in a dynamic real estate market.
